There’s a retracting glass wall between the living room and the balcony, which is nice. Less nice is that the BQE runs quite nearby — not sure how large it looms in the vista, but at the least you’re likely to hear it with the windows open.

Closet space is decent, and there’s a utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer off the bathroom. All told there’s 956 square feet, with another 525 square feet outdoors.

Listed by Hannah McPhie of Douglas Elliman, it’s asking $1.425 million. That’s just under $1,500 a square foot, and common charges come to $1,204 a month.
