This Williamsburg condo has nice finishes, a double-height living room with arched 12-foot windows, and a pair of outdoor spaces — a balcony and a rooftop terrace. It’s one of eight units in a new development at 150 Richardson Street, where the first units went up for sale early last year.

Said finishes include exposed brick, antique oak flooring and exposed concrete columns. In the kitchen are custom shaker-style cabinets painted navy blue, walnut open shelving, white subway tile and quartzite counters.

There are two bedrooms, one a lofted space that’s open to the living area below. That bedroom opens onto the terrace, which offers Manhattan views, and is quite large at 11 feet wide and 34 feet long.

There’s a retracting glass wall between the living room and the balcony, which is nice. Less nice is that the BQE runs quite nearby — not sure how large it looms in the vista, but at the least you’re likely to hear it with the windows open.

Closet space is decent, and there’s a utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer off the bathroom. All told there’s 956 square feet, with another 525 square feet outdoors.

Listed by Hannah McPhie of Douglas Elliman, it’s asking $1.425 million. That’s just under $1,500 a square foot, and common charges come to $1,204 a month.

Think it’s priced appropriately? Like the space?
