How Much for a Renovated Two-Bedroom? Rents Start at $2,200 a Month

Perhaps you have a small family or are looking for an apartment to split with a roommate.

We rounded up five two-bedroom apartments spanning a variety of neighborhoods in Brooklyn, from Bushwick to Greenpoint to Williamsburg to Carroll Gardens.

All the homes are recently renovated, with some offering additional amenities such as outdoor space and and in-unit laundry.

The prices range dramatically, though all are under $5,000 a month. They start at $2,200 a month for an apartment in Bushwick close to Broadway Junction and go up to $4,775 for a new development in Williamsburg overlooking the East River.

Which one would you choose?

The least expensive unit is this first-floor Bushwick two-bedroom, which includes a spacious private backyard and completely renovated kitchen. The single bath is also fully renovated, and the unit is dotted by exposed brick. Located at the southeast end of the neighborhood near the graveyards, close to Broadway Junction, the apartment is accessible to the L, J and Z trains.

This new-construction northern Greenpoint unit is a corner apartment with two bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors, and an eat-in kitchen with island. The building boasts a landscaped roof in addition to a grill-equipped courtyard, and there appears to be ample closet space. The building, Eleven 33, has 20 units, a doorman and a fitness facility.
