The three bedrooms are on the garden level, and all are decent-sized and closeted; the rear one has a wall of built-ins. There’s an extra “sun room” behind the rear one, which leads out to the garden.

There are two bathrooms down here, both new and both very nicely appointed; one holds a washer and dryer.

The parlor level holds the living room, kitchen, and a nice den to the rear, with a brick fireplace, bench seating by the windows, and a door leading out to a large wooden deck with a massive tree looming overhead.

The living room’s got floor-to-ceiling windows and crown moldings; the new kitchen is spacious and quite nice, with a wall of exposed brick and a wood-topped center island.

You’ve got the run of the basement as well, so there’s all the storage you might want, as well as space that could be put to some other possible use.

So, a lot to like here, and not much to gripe about that we can see. Unless you’re in a hurry to move, that is — it’s available August 15. But a nice situation for someone who’d like to plan ahead.
