Today we got word that the Scarano-designed development at 365 Union Avenue, where nothing much of note has happened in a couple years, has been purchased by a group of investors. The plans are to start marketing the 14-unit condo within the next couple of months. No info yet on prices. GMAP

This is the one that half the Southern exterior wall “fell off” awhile back.Just crumbled, it did.
You gotta check out the unit that has the 20 foor ladder attached to the wall that goes straight up to a Scarano socket. unbelievably awful.
