Sunnyside Getting a New Liquor Store

A prime Sunnyside retail location at 45-24 46th Street will be getting a new tenant called the Sunny Side Wine & Liquor Warehouse. According to the Sunnyside Post which broke the news yesterday, the 99-cent store that formerly occupied the space could not afford the rent on the 3,000-square-foot space which is reportedly $17,000 a month. Sounds high to us but that’s certainly a good spot. GMAP
