Seven-Story Build on 31st Street Tops Off

Check out the progress at 23-88 31st Street, an Astoria build between 24th Avenue and 23rd Road. The seven-story building’s topped off but we have no idea what the facade will look like. Once finished, it’ll have 28 units, 9,120 square feet of commercial space, 1,232 square feet for a community facility, and 21,527 square feet of residential space.
