New York mag notes that Saul Bolton’s latest restaurant, Red Gravy, is scheduled to open in November on Atlantic near the corner of Clinton. Bolton, of Saul and Vanderbilt fame, is going to offer “his idea of red-sauce Italian” at the eatery, according to New York. There’s already a website up for the restaurant, which is moving into the old Mezcal’s space, but no menu details yet.
