I expect to see changes at least at this end of Fulton Street. Don’t know about the rest of the mall. It is still considered by many to be sketchy and you rarely see a cop.
the remarkable thing about shake shack opening in Brooklyn is its location on the previously desolate “Family Dentist” corner of Fulton Mall. It’s a great location for them I think with Metrotech and all the schools nearby.
