The Shake Shack on Fulton Street will be open for business come Tuesday, according to the Post: “The restaurant will be the seventh New York City location for the high-end burger-and-fries joint from celebrity chef Danny Meyer, famed for its Chicago-style hot dogs and frosty ‘concrete’ shakes. ‘It’s an enormous honor for the Shake Shack team to become employers and citizens of this vibrant community,’ Meyer told The Post.”

  1. I expect to see changes at least at this end of Fulton Street. Don’t know about the rest of the mall. It is still considered by many to be sketchy and you rarely see a cop.

  2. the remarkable thing about shake shack opening in Brooklyn is its location on the previously desolate “Family Dentist” corner of Fulton Mall. It’s a great location for them I think with Metrotech and all the schools nearby.
