Brooklyn Open Houses Crown Heights Windsor Terrace Bed Stuy Kensington

Of this week’s Open House Picks from six months ago two sold, one’s in contract and the other was removed from the market back in October.

The Van Buren Street Bed Stuy townhouse, the only brownstone of the lot, yielded $1.199 million, its ask exactly, in October. The newly renovated three-bedroom duplex with a garden rental was the priciest of the lot — most likely a flip job.

Our least expensive pick, at 317 Webster Avenue in Kensington, was the second home to sell. The three-story, set up with one unit per floor and plenty of room for upgrading, heralded $1.135 million, $20,000 under its $1.155 million ask.

A top-to-bottom-renovated brick row house in Crown Heights appeared to be in the best shape of the bunch, with perks including a finished basement and roof deck. The property, which was seeking $1.8 million, is now listed as being in contract.

Lastly, a two-story single-family home in Windsor Terrace with four beds, two baths and — steady yourself — a driveway was removed from the market in October after having been listed for $1.595 million. According to the broker, the sellers decided to take down the listing for non-market reasons.
