The gut renovated three-family in Clinton Hill was taken off the market in December with no sale recorded, only to be relisted in January by Douglas Elliman at a decreased price of $3.25 million. This second listing was then removed just two days after being listed.

A two-family Ocean Hill home was similarly gut renovated, but with an industrial, rustic-style twist. After a switch of agents from Corcoran to Keller Williams, it sold in November for $1.35 million in November, $149,000 under ask.

Red Hook’s homey, cottage-like brick number is still on the market, its price increased by $25,000. It’s somewhat surprising that the reasonable price, killer rooftop view and location on a cobblestone street haven’t yet led to a sale.

Lastly, a Bushwick townhouse equipped with a generous front porch and three-bedroom units on both the second and third floors was removed from the market in November, with no recorded sale.

“This property got a lot of attention when it was listed last summer,” the agent told us when we reached out to find more. “Given the neighborhood’s upward trend, the seller decided to hold off. It will likely be relaunched this spring at a higher price point.”
