This Caton Park co-op at 5 Stratford Road sits right across the street from the Prospect Park Parade Grounds, at the corner of Caton Avenue. There’s a limited amount of information in both the writeup and the pictures — we’d like to see a few more photos, plus a floor plan — but that window-lined living room looks mighty appealing.
We spy some nice details as well, like the decorative baseboards and the picture rail moldings.
It’s a two-bedroom, though the one that’s pictured, presumably the bigger one, doesn’t look too spacious. (Again, it’s hard to be sure, but when’s the last time a bedroom looked larger in real life than in a broker’s photo?)
The kitchen is a little tight as well. There’s a lot of greenery outside those windows though, and if you want more, the place is a stone’s throw from Prospect Park.
Common charges are $740 a month. What do you think of what you see, and the ask of $445,000?

Looks very nice for the price and right across from the park. I wonder if its actually a 1 bedroom that’s been converted where the windowed dining alcove becomes the 2nd bedroom.
