Houses Near Saratoga Park Topped Out

The two three-family houses going up on a previously empty lot next to Saratoga park have topped out, and workers were covering the sides with a dark gray brick veneer when we stopped by earlier this week. We were expecting a standard Fedders building, so this is a pleasant surprise. The semi-attached buildings are located at 838 and 840 Halsey Street, across from Bed Stuy Fish Fry.
