Another day, another new project on the Greenpoint waterfront. A six-story apartment development designed by Karl Fischer will replace a low-slung office building at 26 West Street between Oak and Calyer Streets. Fischer filed new building applications today for the 72-unit building, which will have 4,988 square feet of residential space. There will also be 42 enclosed parking spots and bike storage. The developer is Simon Dushinsky of the Rabsky Group, who bought the property for $12,700,000 in July, according to public records. An air conditioning company was the previous occupant and owner.
