It has a top-floor, two-bedroom unit which would likely be used as a rental and a lower two-bedroom unit that has access to the finished basement which has windows and a bathroom but is quite a bit below grade. All of the woodwork is painted but it does have some details including moldings and a pier mirror plus it has that great barrel-front facade. The bathrooms and kitchens will need a major overhaul and its hard to tell what kind of shape the floors are in.
