This gut-renovated four-bedroom, two-bath apartment just south of Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights offers plenty of space in a convenient location. The kitchen and living area looks fairly large, and the bedrooms seem nicely sized as well.

The kitchen doesn’t have much counter space, but it does have new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and what looks like a wine fridge. There’s also a ceiling fan and a washer/dryer.

The net effective rent is $3,850, but you’ll actually write checks for $4,170 a month. What do you think?
