Eh, I don’t think an en suite bathroom is selling point when it’s the only bathroom. It’s generally a nice looking apt and I don’t mind where the kitchen is relative to the livingroom but it seems a little pricey for a one bedroom, especially since the shared backyard would be right outside your bedroom windows. If the neighbors above you have kids, that could make for a pretty noisy summer.
If access is through the en suite bathroom, that is even much worse than I thought.
