I hope BS follows sales in this building. I’ll be curious to see if there are really people dumb enough to spend over $400K for a 1 bedroom in an ugly building in Midwood.
Fits in rather bizarrely with the rest of the street. Very laid back neighborhood. I think the price is a little too high.
