The long-stalled 12-story tower at 333 Greene Avenue in Bed Stuy has just started leasing apartments, Curbed reported. The 56-unit development has been under construction for seven years and came close to completion in 2010, but it went into foreclosure and sold to Bonjour Capital last year.

Aptsandlofts.com is marketing several one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with one-bedrooms from $2,200, two-bedrooms from $3,225 and three-bedrooms from $3,975. Each apartment has private outdoor space, and building amenities include a roof deck, courtyard, part-time doorman, concierge, yoga room and parking for an additional fee. 1. Good, and thanks Cate. It’s about time anyone here who isn’t attempting to contribute to the blog faced tougher review. It’s a distraction to people who are seriously interested in the content, which is really excellent.

  2. Glass in bathroom? What else for rentals? These are not condos for gods sake.
    And tiles are nice.
Subway tiles are not for such a building.
