Rental of the Day: 937 Lincoln Place, #Top Floor

This three-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a Crown Heights townhouse has some nice details and a reasonable seeming rent. There’s a separate dining room, two decorative fireplace mantels, pocket doors and an inlaid hardwood floor. And the formal dining room has some interesting built-in shelves with a mirror.

The kitchen looks decent and newly renovated, but we don’t know what condition the bathroom is in (hopefully being renovated). We also can’t tell how large any of the bedrooms are. At least it’s an easy walk to the A and C trains at Nostrand and Kingston Avenues. What do you think of it for $2,500 a month?
