The SLCE-designed glass tower at 388 Bridge Street looks almost finished, and it will reign as the tallest building in Brooklyn until Avalon finishes its 57-story development across the street on Willoughby. When it’s finished, 388 Bridge will rise 53 stories and have 234 rental units and 144 condos.

It began taking applications for affordable rental units in late August, as Curbed noted then, and the postmark deadline passed last week. Winick Realty has been marketing the first four floors as commercial space, but we haven’t gotten word on potential tenants. Click through to the jump to see more pictures of the development.
