Closings have commenced and residents just started moving into the condo units at Sackett Union, the hugely popular new development in Carroll Gardens. The 32 units, priced between $1,105,000 and $3,100,000, sold out after six months on the market. The two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments each have unique floor plans; some units are duplexes. You can see pictures of the interior while it was still under construction here. As for the under-construction townhouses, priced from $3,300,000 to $3,800,000, four out of 11 have sold. Prices for the remaining townhouses start at $3,475,000. The ground-floor retail space, which will hold a medical center and a TD Bank, should open next year.

  1. It is freaking ugly.
The brown outside covering, while the concept is nice for Brownstone Brooklyn, this covering just doesn’t cut it. I thought from certain angles it looked like it was buckeling, maybe it was the angle, not sure.
I think the windows are horiffic.

I didnt even get to the layouts, because I already know what they will be like.
    yawn, need i say more. Don’t worry, I won’t

    • It does look like it is buckling. It is also doomed to fade like the Satori on Bond Street’s faux-wooden panels, which look horrible after only a few years.
