When 315 Gates hit the market a couple of years ago, prices were right around $500 a foot. At $699,000, the asking price for this 925-square-foot two-bedroom comes out to more like $750 a foot. As anyone looking for a place now knows, it’s a whole different world out there so maybe it’s not so surprising. This is a really nice building with a great common roof deck and the apartment has very nice finishes as far as new construction goes. It’ll be interesting to see what this ends up going for.

How are they figuring out those livingroom dimensions?? It looks to me the livingroom is in fact about the same size as the master bedroom.
If you took out that master bath and wic, you might have a nice floorplan, with room for an office.
Or they are measuring the livingroom by going all the way to the front door, for example?
