Brownstoner is looking to hire a junior reporter to cover real estate and related topics in Brownstone and North Brooklyn. While some experience (but not a lot) is required, the ideal candidate will have a passion for Brooklyn, an excellent command of the English language and the energy level required to cover lots of ground (and a few community board meetings). Pay is modest, more befitting a recent grad than a mid-career journalist, but it’ll be a chance to write a ton without excessive supervision. You might even get to sit in on a few Smorgasburg tastings too. Interested parties should email email@example.com with JUNIOR REPORTER in the subject line.
