Note the new floors and the sprinkler system. The house is currently vacant and will be delivered with a certificate of non-harassment. Plumbing and electric “have all been upgraded,” according to the listing. This is the same block as 7 Arlington Place, the “Crooklyn” house that sold for $1,700,000 in June. Although this house needs work, it’s listed at  $1,795,000. What do you think of the house and the price?

1.8 looks about right to me! The real question is: when/what is the first 2 million dollar house sold in Bed Stuy?
