Here’s a very nice two-bedroom at 2 Northside Piers on the Williamsburg waterfront. Some of the finishes aren’t exactly what we’d have picked but for someone with modern inclinations they are likely to satisfy. And the two-bedroom layout is very generous with a nice master suite and an open kitchen and living area; the floor to ceiling windows don’t hurt either. This new construction goodness doesn’t come cheap though: The 1,234-square-foot place is asking an even $1,500,000.

I think that kitchen is absolutely horrible.
and for 1.5, I think it is way too small.

It’s fun to read the comments by people who don’t know what they are talking about. (The vast majority with comments on this article) “Likely to lose your views”…. I assume this “Park Sloper” … Is visually impaired, otherwise we are talking just pure stupidity. I don’t live in the building, (have been in many of the apartments though) but virtually all the apartments have river and city views…the building was sited that way by the architect. A building is going up on the south side and yes, will ruin some apartment views. It will not take away all apartment views on that side of the building, and it will not take away any North side apartment view. Get your facts straight or have your vision corrected. Just another unfortunate case where any idiot with Internet access can write anything despite the fact they don’t know what they are saying. Stay in Park “Slop”… and enjoy your views!
I feel like real estate brokers who comment on properties they are representing would be better served if they did not call people ignorant idiots quite so much.
My 1200 square foot prewar has a lot more rooms and closets.
only one exposure. kitchen is tiny. that price is absurd.
1200+/sf for NSP? Buyer beware.

Please refrain from discussing a topic you clearly know nothing about. Anyone who walks around that building will see only some not “anyone with a river or city view will lose their view”… Your better off not commenting…you’ll come across educated.
