NV, the condo development at 101 North 5th Street, is a good illustration of how fast the market is moving in Williamsburg. We featured a 671-square-foot one-bedroom on the third floor as a Condo of the Day back in January. It was asking $649,000. Now an identically sized unit on the second floor has hit the market with a price tag of $769,000. That’s about $1,150 per square foot. Nice pad but wow!
