Holy cow! Check out this $6 million listing at J Condo. The 30th-floor apartment sports 3,800 square feet of interior space and 2,200 square feet of private deck. With that kind of price tag we’d like to see a floor plan and a few more photos but from what’s there it’s hard to argue with the sweetness of the pad. Whether outdoor space can command this kind of valuation remains to be seen, but in this market anything seems possible.
