The steel is rising at 341 Eastern Parkway, the 65-unit, eight-story residential build planned for the corner of Franklin Avenue. Construction began this fall and here’s what the building will look like by the third quarter of 2013. It will have 7,361 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 830 square feet of community space as well.
