A tipster sent in a few shots of 388 Bridge Street, the Downtown Brooklyn development that’s shot up quickly since it started rising this summer. And it’ll keep rising to 53 stories! The building will hold 234 rental apartments and 144 condos, both affordable and market rate. After the jump, some photos of another fast-rising Downtown development at 29 Flatbush Avenue. That one will be 47 stores with 327 rental units.
