A website’s up for the new Brooklyn Heights condo building 30 Henry Street, the former Brooklyn Eagle site. The above interior rendering is out as well; you can see the most recent rendering of the exterior after the jump. Yesterday The Real Deal reported that the five floor-through units are now being marketed. Priced between $3.39 million and $4.95 million, each apartment comes with keyed elevator access. The units are large, ranging from 2,418 to 2,861 square feet. Some site work started up at 30 Henry this summer and the developers expect construction to wrap by late next summer. If you recall, this building, now named The Heights, will feature a courtyard with its very own waterfall.

  1. At first I thought this was a photo so I was thinking “nice”. Then I saw the price and also realized it was a rendering. I don’t know if I trust the image now. If I had that kind of money (which I don’t) I would probably prefer to live in my own building on a quieter street. I would also expect a floorplan, since this IS imaginary. I am amused by the piano (hey, this place is sooo big!) and the “Flats” sign in the exterior shot.
