That’s why this resale on the seventh floor caught our eye when it hit the market last week. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad has a lot of space (1,078 square feet) and is well laid out. And each of the three main rooms has a nice big window. The apartment originally sold for $656,771 back in 2008 and is now asking $799,000. Reasonable?
