Condo of the Day: 133 Water Street #10B

On the one hand, this two-bedroom condo at 133 Water Street in Dumbo is in good shape, is well laid out and has nice outdoor space; the other, it would be hard to find an apartment closer to the Manhattan Bridge (or any bridge for that matter) than this 10th-floor pad. At $959,000, the 1,063-square-foot apartment is discounted somewhat to compensate for that drawback and the configuration is pretty compelling, so anything’s possible. How well sound-proofed are the windows in the building?
