Condo of the Day: 970 Kent Avenue, #PH07

This duplex at 970 Kent Avenue looks pretty sweet on paper (check out the floorplan on the jump) and, at $625,000, seems reasonably priced for a penthouse with views and outdoor space. The place looks a little less enticing in the photos, but we suspect that may have more to do with how it’s furnished than any fundamental flaw. What do you think about the price for the 1,214-square-foot pad?
