The Crown Heights condo the Prospect, at 825 Classon Avenue, has sold out. Over the summer we reported that there was one unit left, and then a month later said unit went up for rent. Seems that rental ended up selling, though, as the broker who handled the development’s listings tells us the building is now “100 percent owner occupied.” Sales here weren’t too shabby: prices ranged from $299,000 to $1,199,000 and nothing closed all that far under ask, according to StreetEasy. Even the unit asking north of $1,000,000 went for $1,109,892. What do you make of those numbers on Classon Avenue?
