The long-dormant development site on 4th Avenue and 6th Street that recently went into contract might just see some construction activity soon: Public records show that it sold for $6.5 million. (It had been listed for $7.75 million.) So what’s on tap? The preliminary plans it was marketed with called for a 52-unit building with 10 parking spots. Whatever’s coming will have to wait out a stop work order that the DOB just slapped on the site, though. Update: A press release on the sale just came through noting that the plans in place for the building are designed by Enrique Norton. Click through for a rendering.
