Another Building Green-Lighted for Navy Green

A permit was recently approved for a new building on 130 Flushing Avenue, right between Vanderbilt and Clermont. This one will be 12 stories, 112 units. If you check out the Navy Green rendering you can tell this will be one of the larger buildings on the site and should have ground-floor retail space.
