95 Bedford Downsized But Back on Track
The huge stalled Karl Fisher site at 95 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg (aka Hot Karl Beach or Lake Karl) is getting a reboot. A Curbed tipster noticed that concrete was recently poured, a nearby trailer had its lights on, and machinery was on site. Curbed also found this new rendering on the Karl Fisher website….
The huge stalled Karl Fisher site at 95 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg (aka Hot Karl Beach or Lake Karl) is getting a reboot. A Curbed tipster noticed that concrete was recently poured, a nearby trailer had its lights on, and machinery was on site. Curbed also found this new rendering on the Karl Fisher website. The development got downsized from 351 units to only 262 units, and will include retail space, a swimming pool and parking. It’s targeted for completion sometime in 2012.
Look What’s Coming to 95 Bedford [Curbed]
Definitely one of his better works. And it will be nice not to have a pit at the south end of the park.
