We’re on the tail-end of this bandwagon in reporting that 100 Luquer is showing signs of life. PMFA noticed it few days ago, and the news was picked up by Curbed today. The Karl Fischer finger got permits earlier this month and there have been construction workers on site in recent days. No concrete work is allowed, probably because of the seven ECB violations that are still open.
