Update on Grand Between Myrtle and Park

At one point during the development boom, we counted four new buildings and another condo conversion underway on this block, but things not all of them made it to market before the deep freeze set in. Riding down the street recently, though, we spotted construction workers taking care of business at three of the sites. At 97 Grand, which has dragged along for years, all the windows are in. (Last we checked they were just getting started.) At 105 Grand, it looked like construction workers were just spiffing things up. And at 91 Grand (a conversion that will become 28 apartment units) there was some major crane action relating to the construction of a rooftop addition. Quite a block party! GMAP
