The iconic, eye-popping storage facility at 900 Atlantic Avenue is under new ownership and its bright yellow facade will soon be painted over. There are already signs on the building, which is being sold to Storage Delux, that are indicative of the orange, blue and black paint job that’s probably to come. The blog notsayin spoke to an employee who works at Brothers Moving and Storage who says a paint job is coming “soon,” and that “You just have to move on.” A sad moment in Brooklyn or will we have all forgotten about it by Labor Day?
