From the Forum: Negotiating Fees for Movie and TV Shoots in Your Home

Brownstoner owners are negotiating with a location manager to use their house for a television series. They have never done this before and are looking for some advice. Since they will have to relocate during the shoot, what fees should they negotiate? Should there be a separate fee for prep days vs actual shooting days?
