Hm, 252 square feet for $750 a month? We’re not sure we could do it, and we know we could not occupy this space with another human being. But it is adorable, and we’re familiar with the pretty stone house next door. We wonder what the deal is with the kitchen, because the pictures make it seem like it has naught but a sink. The address says New Paltz, but it’s more like Gardiner. Beds: 0. Baths: 1. Square Feet: 252. Lot Size: 2 acres.

We were hard pressed to find a more perfect rental property than this house located halfway between Saugerties and Woodstock . Our favorite features are the brick fireplace, ceiling beams, French doors, sun room, kitchen…okay, pretty much every aspect of the house.
