so i am sorry to back track but they are tearing down the building pictured as well? isn’t there a website that lists projects and expected opening dates- i found it once and have no idea where i came across it- it had all of these listed though
When will the Fairways open?

BUt is Fairway really less expensive than Whole Foods? What is the major difference betwwen the two?
Both supermarkets are geared for drivers .. and I think there are more people in “greater” brooklyn who are price-conscience and so will pick fairway vs. whole foods.
When you have the option of Whole foods in Park Slope/Gowanus and Fairway in Red Hook; where do you think most people will shop? I for one don’t see too many people traveling to Redhook when Whole foods has a more central location.
And until the Whole Foods opens, when is the Fairways in Red Hook opening?
is it being torn down IKEA-style?
so is there a latest, reliable expected opening date?
Its technically “Gowanas”.
I remember seeing this building for sale about 4 years ago on Filmore site, but think there was a typo unless it was sold with all the property around it. I think it was 30 million or something.
