Per Property Shark, the owner is contractor Henry Azcue, also responsible for the work that finally started on 132 2nd Place. Guess that means it’s due for a fixin… eventually. GMAP

It’s a sin Mr. B didn’t provide us with an Open Thread today. Let’s come up with roles to fill for a Brownstoner production of Sinderella. I think BRG automatically gets the title role and we substitute the glass slippers for glass pumps.
