I agree about driving an texting. Anyone who thinks they can text or talk on cell phone and still drive safely shouldn’t be behind the wheel in the first place.
But on the sidewalk- what’s next? no talking to the person next to you? No stopping to look in store windows? It gets too crazy- as rob said- too much nannystate.
