Brooklyn sure is getting its fair share of weird weather this fall. Last month it was a tornado, and then last night it was a hailstorm that, according to one tipster who sent in photos, included pellets that were two inches wide! (The Post describes “marble- to quarter-sized” pieces of hail.) The video above was sent in by a reader in Prospect Heights, and some more photos from readers are posted on the jump. Gothamist also has a ton of photos and videos posted here.

  1. “Ah well, it’s about time to do the fall clean up anyway. ”

It certainly is. Wait ’till you hear the load WHOOOOSHING sound on November 2 as the Democrats are swept out of office.

  2. DIBS, I have no problem with resolving Medicaid corruption, within reason. Why do you care? You’re retiring next year, and moving to PA. It won’t be your tax dollars anyway!

  3. Cobble, you need to either get up earlier or engage the services of a new writer for your schtick.

Did you see the information that benson posted on the level of NYS medicaid spending? it’s way out of control. My boy Carl has targetted that specifically. I don’t see anything being specifically targetted by Cuomo.

  4. “The gods are indicating discontent with the Obama administration.”

I’m taking it as a sign that g*d is angry with Carl “Crack Pot” Paladino, and he shouldn’t be elected. : P
