Why wouldn’t they at least remove the space heater during the photo shoot?!? I never understand that kind of stupidity. It’s like when brokers post pictures with all sorts of electric cords hanging down from side tables. It just looks sloppy.
Looks like this place is staged with furniture from West Elm or somewhere like that, with a couple of exceptions. Doesn’t do the place justice.

When walking over Manhattan Bridge..sometimes the lights are on and get to see up there. Must be great views.

If I remember correctly, when I saw saw a couple of the regular units in this building, the salesman said the developer owned/occupied the penthouse. So – did he go bust or just decide to live Miami Beach fulltime.
