This is inside baseball, but we just got an email announcing that the successful broker team of Lior Barak and Christine Blackburn have bailed on Prudential Douglas Elliman and crossed over to arch rival Corcoran. According to the eamil, the Barak Blackburn Group ranked #1 in transactions last year at Elliman; in recent years they’ve overseen such big developments as 80 Roebling, 55 Berry, 20 Bayard and Clermont Greene. Their profiles have already been purged from the Elliman site.
