This loft-like apartment offers 12-foot ceilings and a corner berth that makes for striking views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.
Condo of the Day: 60 Broadway, #8M
This eighth-floor unit at the Gretsch at 60 Broadway is one of the less sexy units we’ve seen in this building but it’s still a large, attractive one-bedroom in an increasingly popular section of Williamsburg. There may be no outdoor space but there are great views along with high ceilings and attractive, modern finishes in the bathroom and kitchen. Asking price for the 979-square-foot pad? $750,000. For context, it sold back when the building went condo in 2005 for $640,479.

Condo of the Day: 60 Broadway, #2C
It can be hard to find a real loft in Williamsburg these days for less than a million bucks, so we suspect that this two-bedroom pad at The Gretsch will appeal to a certain segment of the market. Other than the fact that it’s on the second floor, the apartment has a lot going for it: High ceilings, lots of light and windows, attractive modern kitchen. The monthly common charge of $723 is also quite low for a 1,244-square-foot apartment (though presumably that’ll go up in the future). Asking price: $850,000. Waddya think?
