      Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Flatbush and East Flatbush now have a cycling thoroughfare to East River crossings with a newly completed protected bike lane on Flatbush Avenue as well as 4th Avenue.

      The route serves Flatbush and Flatlands cyclists
